How Can I export a list of who attended or signed up for my webinar? I see this report, but it does not show who registered.
I have a question regarding Zoom reports. I hosted a webinar, and according to the report, there were 1,598 unique viewers and a total of 2,150 users. However, when I export the data, the attendance report table contains 4,685 email addresses. If I select all entries with a join time, there are 1,608 email addresses. If I select all with the status 'approved', there are 4,677 email addresses. So, my question is: How do you perform your evaluations? Which number is the correct count of participants?

I set up my webinar to take people's name, email, job and company. However, when I export the registration list it only shows me name and email - is there anyway to see the job and company?
Please help. Trying to host a webinar. We need both the host and co-host to always remain visible even when the host is sharing screen. Tried pinning. Didn't work. Tried making both on the panel. Didn't work.
I do not see a way to record my Zoom webinar. Is there a particular setting to enable the recording of a webinar as the host?

Webinar is coming up in less than 48 hours, Zoom support team is useless and did not transfer a webinar from an inactive hub to an active hub so now, I am afraid that something will go wrong on the day of the webinar. Has anyone even ran into this? Biggest concern is that I just realized that no one can receive emails for registration confirmation and/or 24 hours notice, is there any way to fix that? It seems that I can't move this webinar from the Inactive hub to the other one we have for the company because it's technically a "zoom session". Does anyone know at all how to reach the Cutomer support team to make sure that this webinar will work day of?

I currently have a recurring webinar set up to occur once a week, every Wednesday night. The current registration setting on the webinar is "Attendees register once and can attend any of the occurrences." Under Email Settings for this webinar we have it set to send a Reminder email 1 day before. My question is, if someone registers, will this registrant end up getting a reminder email 1 day before *every* occurrence? Or only one email, 1 day before the next upcoming occurrence?

Hey there! Danke!
