I'm not recieving confirmation emails when people register for my webinar even though the setting is toggled. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you get around it?
If there a video I can use to learn how interpreters cabins are connected to the technical person to facilitate a hybrid zoom meeting. Participants will be presents but also have the opportunity for Q&A.

As above what is the difference in those roles in ZOOM webinar. As Panelists I put all important people that will contribute to the discussion. I am a host and opening event with housekeeping rules and after wont participate at all. As speakers I should put all panelists and myself? And for visual part: If I am putting Speaker mood, attendess can see only the person speaking now, then if I will swich to the gallery who can they see, hosts (?) just the people with camera on (?), all assigned as Speaker role (?)

So I already pay for zoom one and have a license to have up to 500+ attendees. However, when I go to user management to edit user to add webinars I am unable to select the option. Please help the bot chat is unhelpful 😞
I have a recurring set of webinars that requires (one) registration. Is there a way to remove the 'event description' and 'event times' that seem to populate the registration form automatically? My description is a bit lengthy since it is for multiple webinars, which means my actual registration questions (both stock and custom) are far down the form and require scrolling to get to, which some users may not realize. I'd love to be able to put the questions FIRST and the description SECOND but I see no way to customize. Faing that,m I'd be OK to just remove the event description on the registration form as that would be better than having to scroll so far. Is it possible to customize the registration form and remove or edit the automatically entered fields?
