I tried to purchase a 1-month add-on webinar as I have done in the past, but this time I received the following error message: This email domain has already been managed by another account. (300). The account has 2 users: myself (owner of zoom account) and another colleague (Admin of zoom account). I do not have any other zoom account with the same email address. However, my colleague does have another zoom account with the same email address. (I am not sure if that has anything to do with this error). Any suggestions how to resolve this issue so I can purchase an add-on webinar plan as before? Thank you!

I tried to add my assistant's email as alternative host to a webinar I've scheduled. Zoom says that email can't be added for some reason. I am on the Pro plan and paid extra to do a webinar. Is there some way to add her? If not, how do I enable her to get on for a practice session. Is there a special link for that? This would be a few minutes before our webinar.

Selamat malam ,saya mau bertanya Bagaimana cara mengganti layar latarbelakang di zoom aplikasi seluler?.....
I have two questions about session editors. 1. The following article describes the session editor role. Single session can have a session editor, but I cannot set a session editor for a multi-session event Zoom Events roles and permissions 2.In the following article, the session editor can edit most of the session settings, though, Editing session or speaker bios Is this a bug? Have they changed the specs?
However, in a single session, my examination of session editing privileges shows that the session editor has only very limited privileges, such as adding shared content.
Can someone please answer me?

I have a panelist presenting ongoing Webinars with us. When we reviewed her slides -- which included embedded videos -- with just the two of us in a Meeting, the audio/video synced up no problem. When we presented the actual Webinar on the day of, the audio played smoothly but the video was choppy and lagging. These were embedded video files, not embedded YouTube links. We are running a Webinar (I am Host, she is Panelist with co-host permission) and she is using a Mac (unsure which iOS). She's doing Advanced --> Share Portion of Screen (so she can still see her PPT Presenter View), and checking both Optimize Sound and Optimize for Video Sharing. We are recording the Webinar for asynchronous viewing. We have made sure both her Zoom and her PPT are fully updated. She is spot lit and keeps her camera on; my camera is off. Please help!

This is the second time I have presented a webinar, shared a video and the sound is not audible. During the webinar, when I attempt to "share a screen", the "share sound" dropdown is visable but I am unable to click on it. I had co-hosts in the meeting as well and they too are unable to click on the "share sound" options.

Is there a way to limit the number of messages users can send in a Webinar chat? We unfortunately get lots of chat spamming during our webinars, so it would be great to be able to limit the amount of messages each attendee can send by time frame - e.g., attendees can only send one chat message every 30 seconds. And is it possible to limit the character length of each message? Any tips/suggestions would be welcome!

I hope I posted this in the right space. The last couple of days, I've had trouble downloading my recordings. The "save as" window doesn't appear so I can't rename the file(s) and assign them to a drive I want them to be saved in. I then can't open them. They're pretty long recordings (60 minutes and up) but nothing longer than I normally record. Thanks for whatever help you can give me.
They automatically default to saving in the Downloads file and get saved as TMP files.
What the heck?
Any ideas how I can fix this or how I can download these recordings? I've got clients waiting to get access to them.
I have a Windows PC with a SSD as well as a regular drive. I'm running Windows 10 and using Chrome.

As part of our evaluation of possibly switching to zoom from gotowebinar, we recently held a 4+ hour long webinar on zoom. The webinar went well and we want to use the recording for simulive events. The problem is that the video needed minor editing. After downloading the file and making the minor edits, we attempted to upload the new file back to zoom. Can't be done because the file is (of course) larger than the 50MB limit. If there's no method to do what we're trying here, to use edited videos of our events, that alone is likely enough for us to drop zoom.
