Our post-webinar follow up emails went out as planned 1 day after the webinar. None of them contained the included custom text. I have a support ticket in for that issue. When I send myself a preview, the text appears fine. I really, really need to re-send those follow up emails since they contain post-webinar info our members need. It's still under 7 days since the webinar. Is there a way to re-generate those emails? The Support team didn't really have an answer for this and our Help Desk is getting requests from participants for the content that was in that email.

First go at Webinar, and 2 of 3 panelists no problem. Third had video but no audio and neither he nor I could unmute him. When clicked "Ask to unmute" nothing happened. Problem panelist was in Dubai fwiw, but don't see how he could have had video without audio if the ISP was an issue. My guess is he had a setting wrong on his hardware, but he swears he'd been doing multiple Zooms from that location without problems (although I'm assuming they were Meetings, not Webinars). Thoughts anyone?

Hello, Our webinar license is 1,000. We have almost 900 registered and expect to top 1,000.  We know not everyone will show up, but I'd like to convince my boss that upgrading temporarily  is a good idea in case people share the link or join from more then one device, etc.  Does anyone have best practices I can share to help my case? So many thingks can go wrong that I have no control over.  This we have control over and its easy to mitigate in advance. Thanks!

Hi all,

Really excited about Zoom Events. I have a couple questions I was hoping you could help me with:

  • If I want to host Meetings and Webinars in Zoom Events, it is necessary that I have a Zoom Meetings license as well as a Webinar license, correct? Zoom Events does not replace that, it kind of provides the platform to host Meetings and Webinars, correct?
  • In terms of recording capacity, does Zoom Events provide additional Cloud Recording Capacity or will I have to make sure I have enough recording capacity available to create a Recording Library by for instance, purchasing additional cloud storage?

Thank you for the help!

As a host, I am setting up the webinar for a co-host and a panelist. How do I not show on screen? I want to be on for administrative purposes, to support the cohost and panelist but don't want my name or camera showing. How do i do this?

If we want to put up a holding slide to start the webinar, what is the best way to do this?

Right now a panelist shares their screen with an opening slide but there is always a speakers box next to the slide?

I only want the attendees to see the slide and not an additional speaker box.

Even when all the panelist's shut off their cameras, I still see their photo next to the slide when they are speaking.

Is there a 'full screen' mode for just the slides even when someone is speaking?
