I made an error when setting up my webinar and instead of recording to the cloud I recorded to the local computer - and as I was the host I assumed that would be my PC.

It transpires the session did not record at all, and I would like to know if there is any way of retrieving a recording of my webinar after the event.

I just put in a feature request with Zoom regarding the poor functionality of the current state (August 2022) Pardot & Zoom Webinars native integration. In the meantime of anything more suitable being delivered by Pardot (Salesforce) or Zoom, I want to ask if anyone has found any suitable processes or system workarounds to mitigate the gaps (i.e. zapier / tray.io integrations, custom code approaches, etc.)?

 

Here is what I included in our feature feature request:


"We are currently GoToWebinar and Pardot users. We recently bought a package with Zoom that included Zoom Webinars.As a result, we want to replace GoToWebinar with Zoom Webinars in terms of our webinar platform, but considering the current poor state of the Zoom Webinars / Pardot integration (on both the Pardot & Zoom Webinars sides), it looks like we're going to need to stick with GoToWebinar until this is improved. This is disappointing.

 

Relevant Pardot idea (as of 8/17/22, it says partially delivered, but it has not been delivered from my perspective):

From the Zoom Webinars Integration, we want to see the following aspects provided:
--Two way sync between Pardot and Zoom Webinars
--Inclusion of Zoom Form Engagement data (i.e. did the person fill out the form or just view it) visible within Pardot
--Ability to do Pardot form completion actions based upon Zoom Webinar form completions (we have this with GoToWebinars)
--Ability to tie prospects directly into campaigns (rather than just lists -- we do not have available Pardot automation rules to create the extensive rules we need)"

When joining webinar name and email is requested

When I create a webinar I'd like to attendee more easy to join webinar and want to skip a process entering name and email while they are joining webinar. How can I do that?

I teach with a webinar and video and it gets stuck and when the video is being share, the viewers can hear the video but the video isn't playing along.  I pay for a premium zoom account and it's quite frustrating for me and my clients. Is it just impossible now to integrate Pardot GROWTH edition with Zoom?

I have Zoom pro. I know it was possible the last time my company hosted webinars (2020). But am I now just out of luck if I don't have Pardot Plus?

Does anyone know if there is a way you can view webinars and meetings in a list or calendar view, so you don't end up with a meeting/webinar clash?

I am organizing a hybrid symposium in conference room and webinar very soon. (4 conferences in the day)
To make it more user friendly, I intend to use a 1080p wide angle camera to record the speaker and the whole scene with screen.
I'm having trouble figuring out how I can arrange the computer, camera and microphone connections:
- Use the ensemble camera as a priority on the speaker standing at the lectern.
- Activate the speaker's personal lapel mic.
- Organize the panelists' computers with screen sharing from all 4 speakers.

Is it possible to merge a meeting into a webinar so that registrants don't need to sign up again? Or do I need to send an email to all the meeting registrants and ask them to sign up for the correct link, under the webinar. Help!

I'd like to have a webinar which starts as a standard webinar, but after the panelists' presentations allows ALL attendees to un-mute their audio AND video for the discussion.

 

Currently I set up two events, a webinar and meeting. Everyone has to leave the webinar and joint the meeting for discussion. It's a huge pain and we always loose a bunch of people.

I don't want to use chat or Q&A. I suppose a "promote all attendees to panelists" function would work. Typically, we have 20-50 attendees.

We held a webinar last night where almost all of the attendees appeared in the attendee panel of the webinar but an important person did not.  This person used the correct link and could watch and hear the webinar but I was unable to move them to panelist status when we needed to because they didn't show up in the attendee panel.

 

Any ideas of what would have caused this to happen?
