Hi Zoom user fellows,

I plan to host a Webinar with 2 guests soon and I have some questions :

- First it is possible to put a custom overlay adapted to the zoom screen with 3 subscreens (Me as the host and 2 guests) during the Live ?

On this custom overlay, I'D like to put my logo, change the color... Basically, I just want to show webcams screen of me and the 2 other guests from zoom and the rest will be my custom overlay.

Hope my question is understable..

Thanks in avance for your time,

Nathan S

Hi everybody !

I feel shocked and sad. I am a person, who needs a little bit longer to feel secure in things. So I decided to book some Zoom Live Trainings. All went well.

But since some days, I don`t get reminders in my e-mail account and the link in the confirmation mail fails/ doesn`t work, though it was for an upcoming sheduld webinar, hosted and sended by Zoom.

It pushes me back to the side where to book the training, though I did before. Also copying the link in my browser doesn´t work. I got shown: Link is unknown.

( It´s about the Zoom Live Training that`s called: "How to teach online with Zoom" )

Time Zone is right and checked, browser worked in the past ( some days before ), I booked it and got a confirmation, that I am allowed to take part in it. Zoom client is updated.

Anybody an idea, what might be the reason and what to do to solve the problem ?

Every usefull answer is appreciated !

Thanks in advance and greetings to all Zoom lovers.

Hi,

I have been running a recurring webinar on Goto Webinar for many years.  I am thinking of moving over to zoom webinars.  I have a few special cases that I need to understand before the move.

a) Goto allows me to continue to add sessions to an existing recurring webinar.  It seems to not have a limit to how many adds I can do.  Does Zoom webinar restrict how many recurring sessions you can have under one item?  Can I continue to add more sessions as future dates are added?

b) I have an extensive list of people who have signed up and I can export that.  Can I import that list to the zoom webinar? Or, do people need to re-register for the event?

c) I am using a one-time sign-up for the webinar series; does Zoom allow for this?

Thank you in advance.

Hello. The agency I work for has a two-day webinar conference coming up next month. We need each individual registrant to get a link unique to that person. The hours are in the afternoon/evening one day and in the morning/afternoon the next day, so the times are not recurring. I want to be sure that the invitation they receive from Zoom shows the correct times. Is there any way to enable registration for this situation?

Thanks.

I have a Webinar account and need to pre-record an entire Webinar as - with Xmas coming - it's only realistically going to be seen on an On-Demand basis.

The thing is that when I follow the instructions and press 'play' on my recording at the start of the webinar, what emerges is a video with a really tinny sound quality, very unwatchable.

What can I do? There must be a way to pre-load the video into Zoom so I don't need to press play and wait til the end of the recording (which is what I have to do now) as the quality is so bad.

Time limit of OnZoom events with meeting only license

I have a meeting only license. I do not have a webinar license. Are events that I host through OnZoom limited in time and attendees? The documentation is unclear. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I have a Pro account and paid for a one month subscription to Zoom Webinar to host a one-off webinar, which I recorded. I no longer need the Webinar functionality, but I want participants to be able to access the Webinar I recorded. Will the Webinar recording remain available on my Pro account in perpetuity (assuming I don't use the rest of my account's cloud storage) or will it be deleted once my one month subscription to Zoom Webinar ends?

Thank you!

Hi all

Recently I attended a great Zoom webminar. The organizing company had prepared some kind of  background for all panelists. The video feed included at the bottom a banner like a "newsticker banner" you would see on TV (example below) with the name of the webminar and their name of the participant, but otherwise the video feed showed what the camera captured (nothing was blurred or covered)

newsticker by adobe stock.png

Thus I guess it was not any type of "virtual background", yet the IT guy told me this was done by standard Zoom functionality.

I searched but was unable to find out how to accomplish this. Does anyone have an idea?

Thanks for reading!

- Maurice
