Hello everyone, I'm new to zoom and I need some help in streaming a zoom webinar to a Facebook group I manage. I have found a lot of information on how to stream a live zoom meeting on Facebook but not enough information for zoom webinar streaming. do I have to link zoom to Facebook from the advanced settings and if so how is it done? To promote zoom webinars on the same Facebook group, do I just copy and paste the landing page link I have on the zoom webinar to Facebook event page? Any help would be really appreciated. thanks.

Hi, is it possible to create simultaneous sessions for simulation events before the main event? No normally do the training and simulation sessions 1 month before the main event, and we have been using two accounts with webinar set up so we can schedule concurrent sessions. With one accounts with events is it possible to open two training sessions at the same time? That is 1 month before the scheduled event.

Howdy, Today I was supposed to host a Webinar but couldn't open the meeting in the Zoom client. It is up-to-date, as is the rest of my software. No other webinars I created can I join (though meetings launch as expected.) I tried click the link from the Zoom calendar hold, from the Webinar setup page in my user account (then "Start Practice Session" button) and resent myself the calendar hold to check if I had an old link there. Each time I would click the link, the Zoom client would come into focus but would not launch the webinar. However, I could click the "Having issues with Zoom Client? Join from Your Browser" button and that allowed me to join. I had also registered for the webinar using a personal email address, and I was able to get in when I clicked that link while logged into the browser/client with my professional account, and host the meeting as expected. Any idea why my Webinars won't open in the Zoom client? MacBook Pro M1 (14-inch, 2021) MacOS 13.1 (22C65) Zoom Version: 5.13.4 (14461)

Good Day to you All. Please I plan on hosting a Webinar next month but don't want to subscribe to the webinar license now and renew it when it's time for the webinar. Is there an option to set up the webinar and let attendees signup before I proceed to purchase the license in the due month?

WEBINARS/SUMMITS - As a PRO subscriber, I see the profile page that I assume attendees (with video) see when they connect to my waiting room before a meeting. I am wondering if there is a "per event" dashboard or landing page with the ability to have specific information and integration (e.g., links for contact info - specifically for more than one speaker/presenter; uploads for agendas/schedules, homework pages, bonus material, etc.; and/or review/feedback forms/videos) to help streamline information attendees might need to actively/appropriately participate. If not (yet), is that something ZOOM is adding in the near future? (Thank you in advance for your help/advice.)

I have set up a webinar using OnZoom BETA...there are 2 people successfully registered...me and 1 other... I am being told by people that they have registered but they are not appearing in the manage registration view (I refreshed to make sure)... when I tried to register using a different email address, it took me to a series of pages to open a Zoom account but never took me back to the registration page for my webinar!

Hello all, We organize regular webinars with several speakers with a presentation and a mosaïc display of the speakers (webcams on) . Is there a way to have a person backstage launching an end credit roll at the end of the talk ? I would like to avoid this floating period when the speaker ends the webinar looking at his keyboard. Thank you !

The scheduled webinar on our page has suddenly disappeared and we are unable to locate it. This is causing a major inconvenience for us as we have not yet approved a large number of guests for the event.
I have a weekly meeting I have set up to record. When I joined, the recording prompt appeared and I 'reclaimed' Host. At the end of the meeting with people leaving, I heard 'Recording has stopped' - but I hadn't stopped it. It appears someone else who joined before me started the recording and probably has the finished link to it in their Zoom 'Recorded' folder and doesn't know it. Is there any way for me to find out who has it and retrieve that recording (or link) - since I am the meeting owner? Thanks!
