ウェビナーの事前登録に質問の項目を設けているのですが、自分が何を質問したのか忘れても大丈夫なように、確認メールに事前登録時に入力された内容を記載したいのですが、可能でしょうか。メール変数にはそれっぽいものは無いようなのですが・・・

I hosted a 15-20 min webinar today for about 8-9 people and I noticed that a couple of them left and came back a few times while we were speaking. Afterwards, 3 people emailed to say they kept being kicked out - no error or message, just kicked out and then they would have to rejoin. I don't know why that would be, but I'm left wondering if there were other attendees who tried to join and first and were kicked out and didn't return. I tend not to think so, but I can't be sure until I check the attendance list I guess. But any idea why they were being kicked out at all?

I keep turning on the confirmation email. But after a period of time (e.g. a few hours) the message comes back. Registration confirmation email is currently turned off. We recommend turning it on or sending your own confirmation email so that attendees can join the session smoothly. Turn On Confirmation Email. Why is this happening and how do I stop it? col

Every time I host a webinar with a panelist I have to set the screen sharing during the practice session. Is there any way to set this as a default (host and panelists can share) so that it carries over to every webinar I set up?
How can I change the font outlines on the headings from outlines to solid on the registration page?
Hey! We host webinars which involve multiple speakers who join the session as panellists. For the chat, we set it up so that attendees can chat with hosts and panellists, and panellists can chat with everyone. We've recently found that occasionally some panellists are unable to directly respond to messages from attendees, with all attendees' names being greyed out. This issue doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason, with panellists being seemingly randomly affected by it - they can join the webinar one week and be fine, then find they have the issue the next. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be causing this?

Is it possible to preload handouts and presentations prior to starting a webinar?
Webinar registration confirmation mail going into spam folder of the registraints. kindly provide solution for this.
Hi - I was a co-host of a Webinar and pressed Record when the meeting began. It says my Recordings save to my Cloud, but the recording isn't there. My Cloud is set to delete recordings after 30 days, but this was just yesterday. How can I find my recording? Was it under a different account if I signed in through the browser?
