Hi

I'm not sure if I am in the right space but it is as good as any.

I'm looking for a freelance Zoom Guru to run a zoom webinar for a corporate blue chip company to it's customers. Not an occasional user for in-house group of colleagues.  Someone with a lot of experience in running slick public facing webinars with a few hundred customers on line. They must have deep understanding of Zoom and be able to handle novice and experienced presenters.

Is there anyone on this channel that can help. Preferably in uk or European time zone but not a must.

I am helping to organize a large Zoom Events with few hundred attendees whom they have registered separately.

I need some authentication as only registered attendees are allowed to join the  webinars. They are just mainly individuals using personal emails for registration.

On the other hand, their registered emails may not be link to zoom accounts and the committee will not want each attendee to create zoom acc and also sign-in before joining webinars.

If i I set 'require authentication to join webinar' but also add authentication exceptions for all, it might work but i have to manually enter them all. This seems too much work.

Only authenticated meeting participants and webinar attendees can join meetings and webinars is enabled and then click Add Configuration.

There seems to be another way to configure authentication in security section. However, can i choose multiple configuration like either Sign in to Zoom or Signed in to account associated with invited email?

How will the Signed in to account associated with invited email work when they are joining? If the registered emails are gmail/outlook/yahoo/etc, do they open one desktop browser tab and sign in to the accounts and another tab to zoom ? On mobile, will the android/ios able to pass down signed-in status to the zoom app?

Please advise or any other better way. thanks

We have a recurring webinar set up for assisting with on-site translation for an upcoming event. I have the translators set up with their specific invite links that preset their names to be [LANGUAGE] Translator when they join. The translators are also listed as panelists, which was the zoom default when adding them as translators (this may be the issue).

The problem is that the translators can hear one another's outgoing audio even when they have selected their respective languages. So the English>Spanish translator can hear what the Swahili translator is saying, even when the English>Swahili translator has selected to speak to the Swahili channel and the English>Spanish translator is listening to main audio.

Listeners' audio works as expected, and they hear only the language they select (and the low-volume main audio if they did not choose to mute it). Only the translators have an issue with hearing one another.

I was wondering if the best solution may be to demote the translators to not-panelists once they have been set up? Will this remove their translator options? Has anyone else experienced this particular issue? I don't want my translators hearing multiple languages in their ear!

Thanks for the help.

Dear all,

We are trying to use zoom webinars and create an automated process using our marketing automation platform aka Eloqua. While we are able to get the registration details from zoom webinars into Eloqua - we are unable to have options to map the fields as per our organisation's rules / policy.
The questions we have are
1. is there a way to get the embed code of the zoom webinar form
2. is there a way where we can have options to choose which zoom webinar fields get mapped to which of our CRM fields
3. Is there a way we can set up forms with picklists - if yes how and where can these be defined
4. When we use an eloqua form to feed registrants into zoom webinar - our registrants are required to re-register using their details prior to joining the session, ideally it should not ask for the emails again.
Kindly advise
Thanks

We're looking at using webinars to host live shows, and ideally need the performers to hear the audience members responding, but not have the audience directly hear each other - with the zoom meeting approach, the "loudest voice wins" model messes with the performance too much. Having all audience members muted means the performers are performing into the void, which is very disconcerting.

Ideally we'll be mixing the audience audio, softening the volume, and feeding it back with the performer audio to produce the sound of an audience for the attendees.

Is this even possible?

Just noticed recently that my webinars, which were on demand started disappearing.  Zoom Chat told me:

Please note that a webinar will expire if not used for more than 30 days just like the regular webinars.
I suggest checking this article: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362373-Meeting-and-Webinar-IDs#h_01EJY9K7AW89CSZ8YG928RQS8K for more information, this states:

  • Webinars are deleted 90 days after the scheduled end time or last modification.

So my 5 of 7 January events have disappeared, registration pages no longer active, and February too.  I have 2 January still active as well as 2 from 2021.  What do you do to keep them active for a year?  Change the date every quarter?  Just edit them?

I have cloned all my other webinars that are on demand and scheduled them in December/January just in case.  I have 7 that I now need to rebuild for Jan/Feb.

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Tamie

I schedule monthly agent webinars and schedule them the same way every time.  Today, in my webinar, my agents could hear ME but I couldn't hear THEM.  I checked the settings on the webinar setup and the audio was checked "both" for telephone and computer audio for both me and my panelists.   An agent said there was a recent update to Zoom and maybe that is what is wrong?  I cannot see anything in the setup itself that could have caused this.
