Hi there!

We are hosting a webinar next week. Initially, we chose the option "webinar with registration," and we received about 200 registrations. However, we would like to create a generic link to make it easier for people to join or invite new contacts at the last minute, instead of using unique links. How should we proceed? Also, what will happen to the already registered people if we change the setting to "webinar without registration"?

I purchased a Sessions license in order to produce simulive webinars. When I viewed the training video it said to log in to my Zoom Events hub, select the drop-down arrow and select "across hubs". I've attached a screenshot. My Events portal is just ... Show more

I purchased a Sessions license in order to produce simulive webinars. When I viewed the training video it said to log in to my Zoom Events hub, select the drop-down arrow and select "across hubs".

 

I've attached a screenshot. My Events portal is just a blank screen basically, and I don't have a drop-down arrow option.

 

I also attached my billing plan, showing Sessions active.  

 

Please advise, thank you

Customizing Webinar Emails

Looks like there's been a big change in the way registration and panelist emails are created/edited over the past couple of months. The email templates are now different and even more generically poor. So do I now need to deal with all that HTML code... Show more

Looks like there's been a big change in the way registration and panelist emails are created/edited over the past couple of months.  The email templates are now different and even more generically poor.  So do I now need to deal with all that HTML code to change the reg and panelist emails for one of my webinars?  Seems like a whole lot of work, so perhaps I am missing something and there is an easier way.

I haven't located any recent info on polls showing on a recording. How do you get poll results to show in a recording if they are shared with lives attendees?

We schedule recurring webinars two or three months out so registrants can select what time and date works for them. We would like to limit the number that they see in the selection to three week out. Is there a way to set them up to add another week ... Show more

Ik wil een opname van een webinar delen met de deelnemers zonder dat de opname gedownload kan worden.  Ik heb dit zo ingegeven in de deelinstellingen, toch is het nog steeds mogelijk de bestanden te downloaden.
