Poor quality video

I just ran a webinar with a pre-recorded video.  Many people have said that that the video quality was poor and they couldn't read the slides.  Why is this?

Thanks

We are well versed in producing Zoom webinars, and are currently trialling Events; predominantly for the backstage area (a terrific innovation). However, it does not appear to allow the host to remain backstage whilst screen sharing directly into the live webinar. Is there a solution available here that allows the host to remain backstage whilst screen sharing to attendees?

Can a Zoom co-host convert his/her co-host's meeting to a webinar on behalf of their co-host?  My coworker/co-host does not have a webinar license and created a zoom meeting and sent out the link. They need their zoom to be a webinar and made me a co-host.  The meeting does not show in my upcoming meetings so I do not know if I do not have Convert meeting to Webinar option to the right of the Start/Edit/Delete buttons at the bottom. Is there a way to convert it through my account even though I am not the owner? This is in an effort to not have to change the link for those who have already registered for her meeting

Webinar waiting room?

Why did it place attendees of my webinar that required registration in a waiting room?  I didn't see any notifications during the webinar that anyone was waiting in the waiting room like you would on a meeting.  Any ideas?

I was recently experimenting with the 1080P setting checkbox while creating a new webinar.  The quality upgrade for attendees was drastic.  But I only seemed to get better quality when viewing on a PC.  When I was viewing the same webinar on my Mac I was only receiving 640 X 360 resolution video.  If I promoted that Mac up to a panelist, the video quality jumped to 1080.  I was on the same internet connection for both the PC and the Mac, so it wasn't a bandwidth issue.  Has anyone else seen the poor quality only while watching on a Mac?

Whenever we host a webinar with external panelists, they always have issues joining and are forced to join as an attendee, and then I have to promote them to panelists. This makes it difficult to do a practice session prior to the webinar since I have to start the webinar to promote them. Any ideas of why this happens and how to make it so they can join as panelists the first time? I don't turn on the authentication to join, but would that make this stop happening?

I have just run a webinar in which the panelist links had changed between the time I ran the practice session (a few days earlier) and the live event, fortunately I spotted in time and circulated the new links, what would cause the panelist links to change?

I was under the impression that they were fixed once generated!

Thanks.

Resolved! Keeping my zoom webinar background while streaming live on youtube

For the zoom webinar, we put in a wallpaper. But this background does not "transfer" to the youtube webcast (it remains a black background).

Is it normal? Any solution?

Thank you
