When the Zoom Virtual agent submits a response, it plays a tone at maximum volume, which hurts my ears. The tone does not respect the Windows volume control. Environment: Dell Latitude 5400 laptop, Windows 11 Pro, current Zoom version.

@david3 -- I have not experienced this with the detail you have provided above. Can you submit a support ticket with the following extra details:
1. What is the agent submitting? A form, a transfer, an answer?
2. What number did you call?
3. What was the engagement ID?
4. What are you calling from? Are you using the preview mode or calling from a PTSN or VOIP device?
A recording of the tone would be great! Submit the ticket in your support center and ensure to use the product = zoom virtual agent.
