when ever i try to add a custom emoji, it is saying i am no longer authorized to edit custom emoji. the article on zoom's support page on how to enable custom emoji, it is saying to go to account settings, but i cant find account settings and when i try to go to a link which send me to it, it says i do not have permission (200). i am the owner of my account.

Same here, I also own an account that is not part of an organization, and it also does not let me create custom emojis. What's going on?
