I have had intermittent issues with my mic on zoom since I started using it on a daily basis. Some calls I'd have to log out and then log back in for it to work. Today I had a call with my boss and it was fine. 20 minutes later another call and no audio. I did all the usual stuff and then finally logged out and restarted. Did the mic check and it was not receiving any audio. Ok I'll listen through the sound card. Maybe it's a usb port. tried all the stuff. deleted and reinstalled zoom. plugged mic into various ports and nothing. All the while it still works with everything else. I'm at a complete loss

Hey @JSteve01, can you share with me the brand and model of the mic you're using? Does it have any software that can be downloaded? If so, I'd recommend downloading the software to keep your device's drivers up-to-date.
