Whenever I am in a meeting, my clothes look all gray even if I am dressed with colorful sweaters. My face is in color but not my clothes! Can someone give me a hint on what the problem could be?

 

My HD is activated. I tried removing my virtual background. Nothing changes.

Have you tried a different camera? Sometimes cameras have their own software to make adjustments, not within Zoom itself.

The camera is the one that is built into my laptop. I can try and look at the settings...

Do you have access to a webcam other than the onboard one?
