I want to purchase a business license as I need the ability to download the  recorded transcript. I want to purchase only 1 license of the BUSINESS PLAN but it automatically adds the 10 licenses to the cost. Is there anyway to only purchase 1 license?

Unfortunately, 10 licenses is the minimum for a Business plan. 

If you are just needing a transcript of a cloud recording, you may look into some of the integrations on the Zoom App Marketplace, such as Otter.ai.
