Hi All,
I hope you all are doing well.
A couple of users in our account facing issues with Zoom team chat. When I try to send them a message I get the error "Message could not send".
Also getting prompt "
Messages cannot be sent because <user's> chat has been restricted by their account admin.".
I checked the user setting and can confirm that the team chat license is "Enabled".
Appreciate the help.

Hello,
It is possible that there is an account or group level setting that is not allowing team chat to function. I would review the following article to verify that your account and group level settings are properly configured. @jdott16 Thanks for replying.
I verified the User Group settings as well and the other ~200 users from the same group are not having any issues. So I do not think User Group settings will cause this issue.

We have the same issue; I thought i had to check the Admin settings but everything is enabled at the Admin level and also the Group level.

We were not able to resolve the issue, so we ended up with a Zoom Support ticket (Note: There was no issue with our account settings or user account settings). The team informed us that they had to correct the user data to resolve the issue. The issue was resolved for a few users after user data correction by the Zoom team.
However, the issue persisted for some other Zoom users. As this was taking a lot of time we ended up recreating the Zoom user accounts. Recreation of Zoom user accounts fixed the issue.
Note: Ensure you know the implications of Zoom user account deletion in the process of recreating accounts.
