User that have left the company are still showed in my user chat list with the label deleted. We have set suppress option in the admin portal but still, they are there. Anyone can help?

Suppress deleted users: Make sure the "Suppress deleted users in chat" option is enabled in the Zoom admin portal under Team Chat settings. This should hide deleted users from the chat contact list for all users.
Client update: Ensure that all users are running the latest version of the Zoom desktop or mobile app. Sometimes, changes in admin settings require a client update or a restart to take effect.
Chat history: Deleted users may still appear in chat history or group chats where they previously participated. While their accounts are marked as deleted, their past messages and presence in group chats may remain for record-keeping and compliance.
Group chat membership: If deleted users are still showing up in specific group chats, you may need to manually remove them from those chats. Admins can do this from the chat management section in the admin portal.
If you have already confirmed the suppress option is enabled and users are still visible, this may be expected behavior for chat history or group chats. If you need these users to be fully removed from all chat lists, you may need to manually remove them from group chats or contact Zoom Support for further assistance.

We tried all the above methods and the user (as other deleted users) are still there. There is no evidence of any history of chat or group chat membership about them.
