My employer just replaced my laptop but now all of my work-related zoom chats are no longer available even though my zoom account did not change. Is there a way to transfer all of the prior chats from my old laptop to the new one?

@smonet This would be something your account admin setup, so you may not have direct access to the setting, but you can check your Zoom chat messages to see if there is this icon is shown in the chat window. That would be a sure sign that your account is using Advanced Chat Encryption.
If you are not using that, the other other thing I can think of would be that you potentially signed in to the wrong account. Are all your contacts and scheduled meetings there as expected?
