New computer with windows 11-allo prior icons and scheduling have disappeared

Customer support is disgusting.  I have Zoom but cannot find icon or speak to a representative. I need to initiage conferences and so on.  This is a new computer.  

 

Time is of the essence.   What does this have to do with microsoft?

 

Why am I unable to speak to a human?

 

The AI menu is circular and unhelpful.
