cannot connect to zoom room

we had a power outage over the weekend and my zoom room will not reconnect. is searches and comes back "cannot connect to zoom rooms please contact IT for assistance". can anyone help?

The computer that runs the Zoom Rooms client is likely off.

Start with local network - make sure the device / PC has internet access. Sometimes power outages can create some gremlins on the network.
