blurred, faded edges with digital backgrounds

Hello,

 

I am pretty sure, the topic is discussed somewhere, but I did not find it. Sorry for double posting in that case.

 

What can I do to avoid blurred, faded, or superimposed body edges, like disappearing parts of my hands and hair when using digital backgrounds or a green screen? Does this depend on my pc, my camera or the software I use?
