Zoom Scheduler should now have a "branding" tab which will allow you to upload a company logo. As for the image instead of the URL, can you provide a little more background here? I'm not sure i'm following you.

This isn't really correct. Webinar panelist invites sent to Outlook / o365 do not have "accept / decline / etc". It's how Outlook is parsing our invites

Hi, If you are both going to be hosting meetings concurrently, which would require the 40+ minutes and 2+ attendees, you would both require a Zoom Meetings license.
