Zoom room controller without ZR controller app

When I use the Zoom Rooms, does it require the ZR controller without ZR controller app?

Zoom Rooms is Windows version.

I have a Zoom Room PC and a Zoom Room Controller device. If I remove the Zoom Room Controller app, the Zoom Room Controller device will become a display, and I can see the screen of the Zoom Room PC on the Zoom Room Controller. In reality, can I use the Zoom Room PC without the need for the Zoom Room Controller app? Does it be certified by Zoom?

I believe it provides greater clarity. I have purchased an 11.6-inch panel. Can I directly connect the external 11.6" portable touch monitor to the Zoom Room PC for usage? Can I control Zoom Room meetings on the touch monitor just like a regular Zoom Room controller?
