Zoom controller unpairing from OSX

Hello,
We have a Crestron touchpanel that is unpairing from our Zoom rooms app running on a Mac Mini.

Same physical network and has current updates. Not much detail yet as they say it happens randomly but often.

 

Are there any known issues with Networks / Zoom on OSX / Crestron programming and launching the Zoom App or keeping it paired?

 

Any suggestions on how to search this forum for answers about this would be great too.

 There was a known issue with this but I believe that it was solved with a firmware update by Crestron not too long ago. Do you know what FW your endpoint is running currently?
