Is there a way to utilize an MP4 file as the wallpaper in a Zoom Room Screen?  I currently use a JPEG

No, this is not currently possible.

 

Please consider submitting a feature request to Zoom so that they can consider this function for future development - I'm also happy to hop on your feature request if they provide you with an FR number.
