Poly X72 not working with Auto-Framing or Mulit-Focus Framing

We make extensive use of Auto-Framing with our older Poly X50. Recently we purchased some new Poly X72 units and were extremely disappointed to find that they do not appear to support this feature. Does anyone know if there is a way to get Zoom Room participant framing working with the Poly X72? Thank you.

Are you specifically referring to group-framing?

You may need to set this via the Poly back-end UI. IIRC the X72 supports 3 framing modes and while Zoom SHOULD be able to change them, you might need to specify them at the device level first.
