Hi,
I have video auto-framing toggled off, but it continues to do it no matter what. I have checked my camera on the laptop separately and there is no auto-framing happening, just through zoom...anyone else? Every support I find just tells me to choose to turn it off and I have, it's just not working.
Thank you,
Deanna

I tried the auto framing in my end it is currently working and no issue in disabling it.
Please make sure that it is disabled in the settings of your Zoom Workplace App.
Click on your small profile picture located at the top right corner > settings> video and & effects > Auto framing
During the meeting> click on the arrow up beside the Video Icon located at the lower left corner > auto frame video
