Logitech Roommate App won't update past 5.11.3

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to this so I appreciate any help you can give.  We're running a Rally, Roommate, Tap config and we really want to go take advantage of the options that come with an updated App, like verson 5.13.  I'm having a problem with the following error when I mouse over the Upgrade App icon:

"This device cannot be upgraded because:
App upgrade is not currently supported"

Here are the specs:

Logitech Roommate 1.7.433
Computer 5.11.3
Controller 5.11.3

Hi

Update your RoomMate to CollabOS version 1.8.576, it already has Zoom Room app 5.14 included.

Thanks very much!  I couldn't get the update to run via the Zoom Device Management page, so once I figured out how to IP into the RoomMate directly I was then able to trigger the update.  Everything is updated!  Thank you again for your assistance.

You can find info how to access RoomMate settings here:

From there you can perform an update.

To access Logitech CollabOS devices settings via browser, you have to enable that option first. Also from settings menu. It's called Local Network Access.
