Hello! Our office seems to be having an issues in our confrence room that utilizes a Logitech Tap that connects to a nuc with windows 10 on it.
Whenever anyone joins a meeting using teams rather than zoom and then attempt to share their powerpoint using the "present in teams" option the tv that is connected to the nuc utilizing the zoom room application displays a white screen (which I can still see the cameras of the users connected). If I join the meeting from another device I find that I can see the powerpoint presentation, but it doesn't display through the nuc that is using the zoom room application. I attempted to update the display driver, run updates, and even updated the controller to version 6.4.2 (5659) , 64bit which I thought was the intial issue.
If you need more info then do let me know and I can provide any screenshots of what I see.
