Duplicate camera in meeting

Hello, I have a problem with a crestron Zoom Rooms kit, when I start a meeting from the "New meeting" option, when the person at the remote site enters the meeting the image of my camera is duplicated instead of showing his camera, when the person at the remote site stops his video his username is overlays on my mirrored camera image. Has anyone experienced this error?
