Good day
I am busy collecting data from our UC Engines. The rooms that are Zoom enabled, use UC-ENGINE-SD-Intel NUC NUC8i5BEK, and Crestron TSW-1060 touch panels as the in-room control panel. They are both on the same network and hardwired as well.
I need to sign into the back end to retrieve the data, but I am unable to log back into the account the room uses.
So usually, I reboot the engine. Where a Microsoft Teams Room in room control panel will pair and sync automatically, the control panel in the Zoom room needs to be paired again.
Is there a way to make this pair automatically or remotely? As one should go to the Zoom link displayed on screen to acquire a code.
Or, is there a way to log back into the account which the room uses?
Any advice will be much appreciated.

Crestron UC-Engines should automatically log back into the Zoom Rooms (non-admin) account and pairings to controllers should persist. There may have been a change on the admin side that is preventing this.
If you have the time, I would advise re-imaging one of these UC-Engines (we have had atypical bugs that have required this) and seeing if the issue persists.
Can you also confirm whether you're using your TSW-1060s in Android ZRC mode or Windows-attached-controller mode for ZRC?

It is a TSW-1060s indeed.

For context, Android mode (supported until Feb 2025, per the latest goal-post move by Zoom) runs ZRC via a network connection to Zoom Cloud. Windows-attached mode requires an EDID dummy on the UC-ENGINE and additional configuration on both the TSW-1060 and the UC-ENGINE.
