Camera control on a G7500 (Poly) via Extron

Hello everyone

I have an issue when I try to control 2 cameras on a G7500 (Poly).

The G7500 has ZoomRooms account, when user makes a Zoom Call, both cameras are controled via Extron (Poly-G7500 v6.0).

When user makes Teams Calls trhough ZommRoom account, both cameras aren´t controlled via Extron.

How are you issuing controls to the Extron processor? 2nd-page experience through Zoom's Room Controls, or just through standard camera buttons on the ZRC?
