Hi,
Like the subject says, I have Phone A that is a delegate for Site A, but I am also trying to add it as a delegate to Site B. For some reason, no matter what common area phone you try to add as a delegate for Site B, I always get this error saying, "Not found any Iines."

After some trial and error, we sorted out the issue we were experiencing, as it appeared to be an issue with the user account, not with licensing or settings or anything like that.
In the Zoom Admin section, we went to User Management > Users and found the affected user(s). We edited the user settings to remove the Zoom Workplace license and set it to Unassigned. Then, under licenses and add-ons, we unchecked Zoom Phone Basic, and saved the changes (it appears that keeping this checked holds onto some Zoom Phone setting(s) that still prevented delegation). Then we went back into the same user's settings, re-added the Zoom Workplace license, and saved the changes.
Then, in Phone System Management > Users & Room, we found the affected user(s), activated them, assigned their extension and numbers, assigned their desk phone (if applicable), and we were able to delegate them to another user.

Did you ever get this resolved? I have a support ticket open for this same issue and it's been a week with no resolution.

hi @alecm
One of the requirements for setting up call delegation is Zoom Phone license and calling plan.
The delegator and delegate must have a Zoom Phone license and a calling plan
Note: This feature requires a Zoom Phone Metered, Unlimited, or Pro plan.
Do your delegators and delegates have Zoom Phone license and calling plans?
Please see:

Using call delegation (desk phones)
Using call delegation (Zoom desktop/mobile app)
Did my response answer your question? If so, please don't forget to mark the reply as an accepted solution.
thanks,

It appears that Site B may not have any available lines assigned to its common area phones, which is why you are seeing the “No lines found” error. Double-check that Site B’s phones are configured correctly with line assignments in the admin portal.
