phone not working

Hi All,

 

Would need your help please how to set-up the phone module to work properly.

I can't make calls, saying "not included in my plan" however my colleagues with exactly the same set-up can make calls.

Also for them below the keypad a full phone number appears, for me only 3 digits.

If anyone could help would be much appreciated.

hi mkr53,

 

sounds like you do not have a zoom phone calling plan assigned to your user extension.

please check your zoom profile to confirm.

if you do not see a calling plan, please ask your zoom phone admin to assign you a plan and a phone number.  the 3 digit phone number is your extension number for internal calls.
