email address for voicemail

Hi, I just wanted to check if it is possible to assign one specific email address to receive our Zoom Phone voicemails?

Hi kristin08,

Not sure exactly what you need. 

you may be able to set up a basic zoom phone user with an email address and grant access to this user to all voicemail.  whenever a voicemail is left, this user will get notice.

Auto Attendants, call queues, users, etc. can receive voicemails.  Users can be set up to receive notifications of voicemails. 

There are account setting options for shared voicemail/videomail to generate email notifications:

Include voicemail/videomail file (videomail over 10mb will be attached as audio)

Include voicemail/videomail transcription

Shared voicemail/videomail notification by email

Once enabled, this user will receive email notification when there is a new shared voicemail/videomail. If the extension that shares the voicemail/videomail disables Voicemail/videomail notification by email policy, this user will not receive notification.

Thanks for responding. Basically, I want to set one email address where all the voicemails transcript for all users will be sent.

So can I set 1 same email address for all users instead of sending the notification to our individual emails?

hi kristin08,

i do not know how to use 1 email address for all users.  you might want to open a support ticket with zoom.

as far as i know, users are identified by their email addresses and notification emails are sent to the users' email addresses. users can share their voicemail inboxes as per the support article.
