I want to change my display name that will appear on receiver's device. For example, If my name is John Doe my designation is HR and when I call, the display name on the receiver's device should be "Company HR". Is it possible and how to do it?

Can you clarify, what do you mean my receivers device? Do you mean when you call internal to Zoom the receiver see's Company HR or do you mean when you dial to an external number say a cell phone, the receiver see's Company HR?

You can manage this at the site level. In phone system management, company info, select the site, and in profile, you'll see Caller ID name. Please read the note and keep it mind as it states, it's best effort service. If you have more the one site, you can assign a different caller ID to each.
