can i make unlimited calling in usa if i buy the 10 dollar plan

As you can see on our pricing page, the $10 plan is metered: https://zoom.us/pricing/zoom-phone

 

If you upgrade to the US & CA Unlimited plan for $15 you would have unlimited calling.
