Zoom SMS in HubSpot

Up until a few minutes ago, I was able to paste an email in to Zoom SMS and a drop down with the phone number came up. It is no longer doing that, and I really need it to. Any advice?

Hello @AuntSal, 

 You may have lost that contact in your contacts tab on your Zoom Workplace app. I would start by checking that contact and maybe editing the contact to ensure their email address remains in the contact information. I assume this is an integration with Zoom Phone and Hubspot so that Hubspot may be importing all of your Zoom contacts into its ecosystem. Let me know how I can help.
