ZOOM won't make or receive phone calls unless I am signed on as administrator version 5.8.7 (2058)

 

I have a couple of PC's where this is the case.  Other PC's seem to work fine.  Anyone else notice this? Is there a fix?

Good day.  I have a few questions in order to help determine the root cause.  What error message do you get when you try to place a call using Zoom?  Are you using the MSI installer for Zoom or the EXE installation?  Also, do you have different firewall rules applied based on the role of the user on the computer?  Also, version 5.9.0 has been released.  Have you tried to upgrade to this version?
