I need an explaination to my account problem

Hello,

My Zoom account has a problem.  I already paid my account with 5 users. Although, sincerly while one of my users has been using the zoom in about 40 minutes or even earlier, Zoom suddently ended and closed.

I wonder if I have any solution for this incovinient problem. Please help me. Thank you.

    Accounts that are configured as Basic are limited to 40 minute meetings.  If you edit the user in question, do you see that the user is Licensed like in the screenshot below?  It may be that someone has not assigned the purchased license type.  If you do not have Phone as part of your account, you will not see Zoom Phone Basic like below.
