Hi there. I've noticed my users will record a personalized voicemail greeting for their extension. However, because our phone system is configured for 'business hours' (or open hours), there will be a spot for 2 different greetings (a greeting that will be played during busines hours, and a different greeting to be played during closed hours).
Is it possible to change a setting so the same greeting is used regardless of the time of day? (Without changing the 'business hour settings').
Alternatively, could you easily duplicate a greeting so it can be used for both greetings?
Thanks.

I think you will have to manually set them to be the same if not using the default message.

If your company sets separate Business Hours and Closed Hours, you would need to link a recorded Greeting to both. If the recorded content is the same though, you can record it for one, and then select it again for the other by clicking Edit > Choose from Asset Library.
I hope that helps!
