I have a voicemail greeting recorded and turned on and "Forward to Voicemail" is set but the greeting won't play. I just get the auto attendant. I can't figure out why it won't play.

When I call my auto receptionist with the following set up, I get thank you for calling and then vm message. Is this how you are setup?
