On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Trouble making outbound calls

I am not able to make outbound calls.  I am in the US with an unlimited calling plan and a toll free number.  There is no error code and the call log shows the call as successful.   Does anyone know how to help?

You said you are not able to make outbound calls but logs show it as completed. Does the other party's phone ring ? What role is the toll-free number playing ?

Secondly, Have you assigned the Unlimited calling plan to yourself ?

Thirdly, Under Account management -> Billing -> Zoom phone -> View/Edit countries make sure the country you are calling within, is selected, even United States.

 

 

Good morning,  when I try to make an outbound call, I get a message stating that is not part of my service plan.
