Do users in the queue assigned to the IVR need to have a license? 
Licensed (Zoom Phone) VS. Basic (Zoom Phone)

hi vivianwheeler,

 

to the best of my knowledge, zoom phone basic is limited to extension to extension calls.  members assigned to queues need to have a paid zoom phone license.  zoom phone basic can not be used with ivr.  also, zoom phone basic can not be used with desk phones or analog telephone adapters (ATA).
