Is it possible to recover a voicemail recording after it has been deleted in Zoom Phone? If so how?

If you have soft delete setup on your account, only then Voicemails can be retrieved. Screenshot At account level,
I am thinking this is not the case with your account. In this case, Voicemails are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered within next 30 or 60 days as configured. Here are the setting details

Also, I recommend setting data retention policies on your account so you can customize how long do you want your data to be retained. This is set at site level. See screenshot at a site ( company info -> Site name -> Policy)

Hmm, I wanted to check what our settings were for Soft Delete History, Voicemail and Recordings, but see no such option in our Account Settings in either the Zoom Phone or Recordings sections.
Doing a search finds nothing but the soft delete of deleted users option.
Is this an option that needs to get enabled by Zoom first? Or perhaps is hidden if I don't have some particular privilege?

Yes this is hidden behind a flag. It's still a beta feature Please open a support ticket and have them enable "Display Soft Delete Data Option on Web Portal".
