When I open Zoom the phone icon should be at the top, but it is not there. How do I get it to show up?

Can you please check by logging into Zoom.us profile that Phone tab shows up for you.
If yes, click on it to ensure you have the number and settings configured.
If you do not see the phone tab in the Personal menu, Reach out to your administrator to provision you for Zoom phone Under Admin -> Phone Systems Management -> Users and rooms
