Retrieve Deleted zoom recordings

Hey guys 

I accident dragged my zoom recording to my desktop of my computer and trashed the video to free up some space on my desktop. I came to edit my interview i did over zoom and found that the video was deleted because I dragged it out of the recordings folder. I have a basic account and I’m wondering if I upgrade to pro will I be able to retrieve or re download my recordings from previous meetings??? I’ve tried retrieving the videos from my trash can and still awaiting some help from Apple and I really need these interviews! Can someone please help me to get these videos again
