Hey @srcsm there appears to be a Zoom incident reported at https://status.zoom.us/ for the Zoom Phone - North Americas with Degraded Performance.

 

Please monitor Zoom Service Status and click the 'subscribe to updates' button for future updates on this incident.

 

Let us know if you continue to have problems once this has been resolved.
