One Number Needs to Ring to Multiple Phones

I need some help setting up our Zoom phone system. We are a clinic and we currently have (and only need) one phone number. When a patient calls that number, I need it to ring to 4 different phones. What is the best way to set this up? If one person answers, can another person also be on the phone making their own outgoing call, etc?

Both a call queue and shared line group would work in your case. If you want the ability to have user log out of receiving calls for that one number or if you're needing analytics, call queue is your best bet.

hi @CPerry

i agree with @sparrow that using a call queue would be your best bet.

zoom learning center has some very useful show me videos.

these videos demonstrate how to set up your zoom phone system including the setup of your clinic's auto receptionist and call queue.

Initial Zoom Phone Set Up for Administrators

Configure an Auto Receptionist

Set Up a Call Queue

Assign Calling Packages and Phone Numbers

these are links to relevant zoom support articles.
